Kulgam (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], September 8 (ANI): An encounter broke out in the Guddar forest of Kulgam in Jammu and Kashmir. Special Operations Group of Jammu and Kashmir, Army and CRPF are on the site, Kashmir zonal police informed.
