Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], July 18 (ANI): One person died and two were injured and sent for treatment after a portion of an abandoned school collapsed in Piska More area of Ranchi, ASI Chandu Oraon claims.
ASI Chandu stated, “Children and the elderly were near the wall that is without a pillar when it collapsed. Two people were injured and have been sent for treatment. One was under the debris and his dead body is lying here…”
The Ranchi police claim that the injured have been admitted to the Sadar Hospital. The incident occurred when some people took shelter in this abandoned building last night. According to the initial report, these three were inside the building when the incident happened. (ANI)
